Kwale Industrial Park is designed to be the largest single site location for small/medium manufacturing, leveraging on natural gas to create a compelling energy hub, comparable with nowhere else in Nigeria. KIP is built specifically with a view to support an extensive, diversified and globally competitive manufacturing base, displacing imports substantially.
